Melt Control is carried out using on line Carbon Equivalency Meter, temperature measuring instruments. Chemistry of the melt is assured by chemical analysis. The organization proposed to equip with emission spectrometer shortly.

Metallurgical properties like micro structure is ensured by using metallurgical microscope. Provision is made to equip with image analyzer.
